Return & Exchange

• Requests for exchanges, returns, or complaints must be made within 3 days of receiving the product, and only products that are in undamaged packaging can be eligible for replacement.

• When requesting exchanges or returns, please make sure to contact the Customer Service.

- If products are sent without prior notification to the Customer Service, they will be returned with postage due.

- Round-trip shipping costs may apply for exchanges and returns.

1. Cases where Exchange and Return are not possible:

• Significant reduction in the value of the product to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time (e.g., limited edition products, expiration of product shelf life).

• Custom-made products tailored to the buyer's request.

• Damage to the packaging of products such as replicable items.

 

2. Return and Exchange Shipping Costs:

• In the case of returns due to a simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If you received free shipping benefits, you must also bear the initial shipping cost when returning the product.

• After depositing the return shipping fee to the specified account, the retrieval and refund process will be initiated (Bank: HANA Bank 135-890000-21104).

• In the case of defective products or if the content of the product differs from the displayed/advertised content or the contract terms, the seller will bear the return shipping costs.

- Exchange: Exchange due to a simple change of mind is only possible for the same product's options. Exchange for different items or some items requires placing a new order after the complete return.

- Refund: Once the returned product arrives at the seller's location, and the reason for the return and return shipping costs are confirmed, a refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original order. For credit cards, the processing schedule may vary depending on the card issuer or the customer's billing date.
